I didn’t get through on the phone lines this morning to brag up my daughter, Julia (although my boyfriend did!), so I just wanted to share some things with you about my daughter. God choosing to bless me with this beautiful person is just one of the many ways He shows me daily how much He loves me! The red-haired toddler who was so stubborn and determined has matured into a 16-year old independent young woman of strong moral character, who doesn’t mind if the choices she makes put her in the “uncool” crowd. Her silly, cheerful demeanor is contagious, and she has chosen friends to support her who uphold her convictions. She has taken a vow of celibacy (witnessed well by Rebecca St. James at a concert years ago), and I take so much joy in listening to her sing in the shower at the top of her lungs to Jackie Velasquez (as well as countless other artists). Julia learned of KTIS as an adolescent from friends at a church-sponsored sleepover, and shared its uplifting message with me, and I in turn have shared it with others (my boyfriend included). We have purchased countless CDs of our favorite artists from your website, so we are constantly surrounded with encouraging “good news”! Thank you so much for all you do, and for the contribution you have made to my daughter’s relationship with our Savior! May God bless your lives as much as you have blessed ours!
