Love coffee creamer but not the cost? Here is a home-made recipe for Amaretto coffee creamer.
Amaretto
1 can sweetened condensed milk (also available in low fat)
1 1/2 cups nonfat milk
Add 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp almond extract

Is there a dry version? I use powder creamer (lasts longer). I always wondered if there was a way I could make/fake my own.
