How to add a "drink water" reminder to your Outlook.
  1. Go into your Outlook Calendar.  Click on “New” for a new appointment.
  2. Name the appointment “Drink Water”
  3. Click on the “recurrance” button (It looks like two arrows, one swooping down and the other up)
  4. Either choose a 5 or 7 day week depending if your computer is at work or home.
  5. Change the time to whenever you want that first reminder.  For me, it’s 7:00 AM.
  6. Next, click “OK” at the bottom of the page.
  7. Finally, make sure the reminder box is checked. 
  8. If you want more than one reminder per day, just go through this whole process over again wiht a different time for each entry.
  9. Click OK and you’re done.
